Am I one of the luckiest photographers alive?  Pinch me.  When I was contacted by local author, Lynn Rush, to do her promotional headshots I was just a tiny bit intimidated.  Lynn is a published author, MULTIPLE times over - she also writes under the pen name Reese Monroe, because apparently she just didn't have enough to do.  She is an endurance athlete who you will find enjoying long (very long) bike rides with her husband. The best part about this amazing woman, however, is her sense of humor.  She had me giggling during our entire shoot.  We were blessed to use the book store at Christ's Church of the Valley Peoria Campus as our backdrop for several of the shots.  Lynn's writing include several trilogies including; Wasteland, Violet Night and Touch of Frost.  She is as dimensional and complex as her characters and the nicest person you'd ever be lucky enough to meet.  Can I just mention - THOSE EYES?!  They are as striking in real life as they are in photos.

Lynn thank you so much for the opportunity to capture just a bit of your personality in these photos.  It was a true pleasure.
